mann... today blows. I had an interview today with the G2 company for a job in 1Utama next week. i was so bloody excited for the interview because if i get it i'll get to start work! and if i DO start work.. i'm gonna have cash flowing in babeh. and with those cash coming in, I've already planned and made a list on how to spend the them. Some more last night i couldnt sleep cause of the thought of getting that job makes me excited.
So this is what happened, I woked up 6 in the morning so that i could get ready and follow my mum to the office since my interview location[ Wisma Genting in Raja Chulan] was near my mum's office. By the time gotten ready had breakfast near mum's office, reached mum's office at 8.30. Ok so yeah i need to waste an hour waiting in the cafeteria[ cause i cant wait in mum's office] just listening to my iPod and reading the bloody thin 'The Sun' newspaper[neither the least I actually found something interesting in the paper, I'll share it with you later, i wanna finish my story here first.], thats cause I've forgotten to bring my storybook[great timing right? *sighs*]. That one hour just seemed to crawl every so slowly as if it just wanted to torture me worst and finally! it was 9.30. so i happily faster went to take a cab[ at least i didnt need to wait for the cab, thank God or i'll go ballistic]. me talking to the driver:
me: hi, wisma genting yea?
driver: ok
so i happily got in cause he seemed to be very certain on where it was and i wasnt even sure where the hack is wisma genting.awesomness
driver: wisma genting yang di Jalan Raja Laut kan?
me: erm.. tidak, alamat tulis Raja Chulan.
driver: tidak la saya rasa ia adalah di Jalan Raja Laut.
me: I tak tau, alamat tulis macam begitulah. Saya tak tau yang mana Wisma Genting
(haha..laughs to myself)
(-thoughts- there cant be 2 Wisma Gentings' right? so confused -__-")
ok the next thing he did was what i've never thought a cabby would do. He stopped the car by the road side and went down to ask directions from another driver.O.O. LOL
shouldnt he know like the place fairly well? since he's a city cabby.
yeah then he got back in the cab.
by know he would most probably know where the place already but instead he was still lost about where the building was and he stopped yet another time to ask for directions.
from the cab i saw him asked the other fella about the location and the fella just pointed on the otherside of the road-__-"
yeah, it was lame.
so i just paid him and said i'll walk over.
so basically he just to me a big round and end up on the opposite road when in the beginning he should have jut went straight.
When i got in front of the building , I noticed that the monorail was jsut right beside the building.-sigh- i should have used the monorail, i could have saved 5bucks[ yes that 5bucks is a lot to me right now.lol]. yes so finally FINALLY reached my destination.
-heart pumping- blood rushing- I was excited you bet. Before i went up i called the person incharged and she said just go up and just let someone know that i have came for the interview[ so weird right? its so unorganized]. so ok fine, i'll just go up when i reached, somone opened the door to let me and a few other people in[ they were workers from another company , i presume]. the lady walked off and i just take a looked around. There wasnt a proper front desk counter where i can refer to and everyone is just like doing their own thing in the office, they dont even seem to be working.-wtf- well then i told one of the staff that i'm here for the interview -with an uncertain face- she said i think someone will attend to you soon, please wait at the couch(which was near the main entrance) and she walked away without even bothering to talk to the person in charge.[what a bitch] ok fine i'll wait -i'm still keeping my cool and still patient- i waited for at least 10mins[1o effin mins of my Life ok?!] and still there was no one. Fuck! i'll just get the hell out of here if their not keen on getting a promoter.
My conclusion: Do not apply jobs posted by G2 Company
Damn pissed. woke up so early when i could sleep longer just to go for that fucking interview. what a waste of my precious time. They should be sued. Anyway, I didnt wanna waste anymore of my time just being pissed at the bloody G2 Company, so i went to Pavilion and indulge myself in clothes instead. hah! first stop was Forever 21. OMG there's SO MANY clothes I wanna buy from there but the saddest part was that i didnt have much money and I saw a handbag i really want . It cost 200 bucks, so i just started at it [cause that's the only thing i could do -sobs-]. i tried on oh-so-many clothes but then its either their out of sizes with a very cheap reasonable or their expensive with the right size.-__-". In the end, I had to walk out empty handed. Its ok, I'll just go shop for leggings. who knew, leggings f=didnt come cheap either. MNG selling them for 60+ [which was the one i had been looking for] and the rest of the shops sold them for 30+ which werent the ones i was looking for. so maybe i'll just buy it some other time but that wasnt my excuse. The excuse was that I already had plenty of blisters on my feet due to the fact that I have worn heels since i went for the interview and straight to shopping plus it was more then 4 hours with heels. So the only thing i bought was my camera tripod[Yes! at least I got something useful and important.lol]. -leg pain dy but still have to wait for mum for lunch and another half an hour to 12- what i did was walked over to starhill and sat there to waste time, after 10mins- dang its damn boring, no books to read- so i went over to Starbucks to get a drink and thank God! they had magazines there! hahaha.but then there was this white man who kept looking at me -creepy- but anyway wasted time till it was 2 then went to meet mum at westin and thats where lunch was.LOL. my treat for the day. Ate at lasagne at Prego and i was already full- if i could eat more and not grow fat, i would but i have a limit(sadly)-
The Appetizer
The Lasagna

The bread was niced i missed it.. i want more =(. the lasagna was so so but it is still nicer then the one you can get from Domino's Pizza =P. Ok so the day wasnt as bad as i thought it was maybe its just cause i got a treat at the end of the day.haha. but i have to say shopping alone wasnt all that bad just that its lonely.
So back the the thing that i found was interesting on the newspaper -deep breath- it was a report by one of Malaysian citizens saying that due to the increase in fuel price, malaysian citizens should practice using public transport instead of driving because we would save alot more using public transport rather then driving. He has stated this by refering to his stay in London (if i wasnt mistaken) that he had spent a very reasonable amount, lets say 6pounds for a whole day, just on public transport[trains and buses] and the best thing is that the rides are unlimited. The problem with Malaysian public transport[train and buses] is that every ride we take we have to pay and they are not connected to one another making it easies for citizens to travel from one train to another. Due to the fees charged to the passengers for every ride, public transport is as good as one of the money making schemes for the government.
Yeah i agreed with what he said. though fuel have gone up, the better choice is to use public transport but then why use public transport when total amount spent on public transport could easily be equivalent to the price for the fuel used for our own car. so why not? Just use the car. On the other hand, public transport here in Malaysia are not planned out properly, it only covers a certain part of malaysia and with all the many different company of trains they are not all joined or either easy to get to from one train company to another. As for the buses, they are unlikely to be consistent in timing cause waiting for the bus to arrive could take as long as an hour or more. This has made it a drag for citizens to take public transport and it is also a waste of time. Cabs are a more reliable type of public transport but then cab fees are considered to be fairly expensive and when they are running a night shift they tend to over charge customers without using the meter but rather the amount they wanted.E.g from sunway pyramid to OUG they would just charge the customer for 35ringgit. that is insanity. Just cause their working at night, they think they have the right to over charge the customers.
I think the government has alot ALOT more to improve on the country's transport system cause right now , I dont think there are many out there who are satisfied with the system runned in Malaysia.

the last random thing. Architects! doesnt this picture rock?! =D
